We do not collect any data except your IP address when posting the letter

 All credit card information is kept only securely by PayPal.

 All these measures are taken to ensure your total outmost privacy.

When we get your text ,it is immediately printed on high quality paper and prepared for delivery. Usually all mail is shipped the same day.
No one reads your text.!
We simply look at the general formatting on the page and adjust it as needed.

Your letter is posted on the day it is printed. However ,delivery depends on local postal services schedule. 

When all is done, our automated mailer sends you a notification of completion .

We do not add any logo or advertisement to either the letter nor the envelope.

We are here to give you the service you need for a reasonable price.

We also give you this assurance: Not satisfied? Money back ! ( less $1.00 processing fee).

All payments are completely safe and secure. Note the in your browser when you reach the payment page.

Frequent Users payments are final and non-refundable. Unused credit does not expire.

Also note these issues about our terms of service:

1. We will never be held liable or responsible in any way or manner from any events caused by a letter/fax sent by our service.
2. We will never be held liable or responsible in any way or manner in case of the letter /fax sent via our service is lost/late/damaged in any way.
3. We do not allow our customers to publish, post, distribute, or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful material or information, or any material or information that promotes bigotry, racism or hatred, or that may in any way harm someone somewhere.
4. At any event, that we will be requested to provide the senders details to any law enforcement agency we will do so.
5. We encourage users NOT to send private, confidential information over the internet.
6. If possible ,in order to expedite delivery, or for any other technical reason, we will use an online server that will ensure the fastest delivery possible.
7. Frequent users are entitled to send 10 letters containing up to 3 pages for the frequent users fee they have paid. They are also able to send letters with more than 3 pages, however this extra cost of pages will be relatively subtracted from their credit.
8. Frequent users will receive a credit statement after each of their orders is completed.
9. We are responsible to have your letter physically given to a commercial postal service .We are NOT by any way responsible for the letter from the point it is handled by the local postal service
10. By using  this service you confirm that you agree to all these terms.
